Omigo Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Omigo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform")! To build a safe, civil, respectful, and friendly AI social companionship ecosystem that safeguards the lawful rights and positive experience of all Users, this Acceptable Use Policy has been established. This Policy is an important supplement to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and all Users of the Platform and its related services must strictly comply with it. 1. Core Conduct Standards

1.1 Legal Compliance
Strictly comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United States' California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the Platform to engage in any unlawful or criminal activity, and do not publish or distribute content that violates applicable law or public order and morality.
1.2 Respectful and Friendly Interaction
Uphold the principle of equal respect, communicate using civil language, refuse to engage in personal attacks, discrimination, harassment, or insults. Protect the privacy and lawful rights of others, and work together to maintain a harmonious interaction environment.
1.3 Honest and Genuine Use
Ensure the truthfulness of account registration information. Do not spread false information. Do not use deceptive or misleading means to obtain improper benefits (including traffic, followers, money, or other assets).
1.4 Respect for Intellectual Property
Respect original works. Do not use text, images, audio, video, trademarks, likenesses, or other intellectual-property-protected content owned by others without authorization. When creating AI characters or generating interactive content, ensure you hold the lawful rights to publish and use the same.
1.5 Rational Understanding of AI Limitations
AI responses on the Platform are generated based on model training data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for decisions in professional fields such as medicine, law, or finance. Verify the accuracy of information independently for important matters.
1.6 Protection of Privacy and Data Security
Do not casually disclose your own or others' sensitive personal data (e.g., national ID numbers, bank card information, home address). Do not unlawfully collect, store, or distribute the private data of third parties. Properly safeguard your account password to prevent unauthorized access.

2. Prohibited and Unwelcome Conduct

2.1 Conduct Endangering Security or Involving Criminal Activity

• Engaging in online violence, including (without limitation) insults, defamation, malicious speculation, doxxing, or disclosure of others' private information.
• Discriminating against or attacking specific groups or individuals based on race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, physical condition, or other characteristics.
• Using another person's identity information, likeness, or voice without authorization; impersonating government agencies, social organizations, or other persons' accounts in interactions.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including plagiarism, misappropriation of original content, or unauthorized use of copyright-protected materials to create AI characters or generate interactive content.
2.3 Conduct Violating Public Order and Morality, or Involving Obscenity or Pornography
• Publishing or distributing obscene, pornographic, or explicit content, including sexual suggestions, sexual solicitation, nudity, or information relating to improper romantic or sexual transactions.
• Promoting materialism, distorted views of romantic relationships, or vulgar content; distributing conduct that violates social morality (e.g., vulgar wedding pranks, flaunting wealth).
• Publishing excessively gory, terrifying, or disturbing content, or displaying information about self-harm, self-abuse, or suicide, or inducing others to harm themselves or others.
• Content involving animal abuse, unlawful keeping of protected species, or other conduct that violates public order and morality.
2.4 Conduct Affecting Platform Order or Technical Security
• Maliciously registering accounts, bulk-creating AI characters, using scripts, plug-ins, or other automated tools to interfere with the normal operation of the product, or engaging in artificial inflation of metrics or manipulation of ratings.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or cracking the product to obtain source code, algorithms, or other core technical information; or distributing malware, viruses, or other content that endangers network security.
• Forging or tampering with AI-generated content, or concealing the AI-generated nature of content to mislead others, in particular fabricating statements by public figures or false events.
• Using the product's trademarks, logos, or other identifiers for commercial promotion or false advertising without official authorization; or organizing or inciting malicious complaints or false reports.
2.5 Conduct Infringing upon the Rights of Minors
• The Platform is only available to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, using, or participating in the Platform.
• Do not publish harmful content involving Minors such as pornography, violence, or abuse; do not induce Minors to make purchases or engage in harmful activities.
• Do not disclose the private information of Minors; do not use AI characters to induce Minors into improper interactions or offline contact.
2.6 Misuse of Platform Features
• Forcing AI models to disregard this Policy and generate non-compliant content, or circumventing Platform moderation through homophonic substitutions, variant characters, or similar means.
• Using the product for commercial marketing, advertising, pyramid schemes, or other profit-generating activities; providing compensated companionship, paid interaction, or similar services without authorization.
• Publishing meaningless or harassing content (e.g., repetitive flooding or spam), or maliciously consuming Platform resources in a way that interferes with other Users' normal use.

3. Enforcement and Feedback Mechanisms

3.1 The Platform will identify violations through technical monitoring, User reports, and other means. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, the following measures may be taken: warning notices, removal of non-compliant content, restriction of features (e.g., prohibition on creating AI characters or sending messages), temporary account suspension, and permanent account termination.
3.2 If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may submit an appeal through the official designated channel. The Platform will communicate the outcome after verifying the relevant circumstances.
3.3 You have the right to report violations you discover. When reporting, please provide valid evidence (e.g., chat records, screenshots). The Platform will maintain strict confidentiality of report information and promptly investigate and address the report. Users who make malicious or false reports will bear corresponding liability for violations.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 This Policy may be revised to reflect updates in applicable law, operational needs, and other factors. Revisions will be notified through in-product announcements; your continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
4.2 Violations not expressly listed in this Policy, but that contravene the core standards herein or harm the Platform ecosystem or User rights, may be addressed by the Platform at its reasonable discretion.
4.3 If a User's violations constitute criminal conduct, the Platform will preserve the relevant evidence and cooperate with judicial authorities and regulatory bodies in their investigations.
