Omigo Child Safety Policy

Published: April 14, 2026

Omigo (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI social companionship product that provides services exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction. We strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations on the protection of Minors worldwide (including, without limitation, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the United States' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)), and regard the protection of Minors as a core principle in the operation of the product. We are firmly committed to preventing any conduct that endangers the physical or mental health of Minors and to maintaining a safe and contained product environment.
This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and all Users must strictly comply with it. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and other related terms, this Policy shall prevail.

1. Core Principles and Scope of Application

1.1 Strict Age-Based Access Control
The Platform is open to registration and use only by natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction. Persons under 18 years of age or who have not reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction (collectively referred to herein as "Minors") are strictly prohibited from using the Platform and its related services. The Platform will not proactively offer any product features or services to Minors.
1.2 Zero Tolerance for Harm
We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that exploits, harms, or harasses Minors through the Platform. Any such conduct, once discovered, will be addressed immediately and severely, and we will cooperate with law enforcement to pursue legal liability.
1.3 Comprehensive Protective Measures
This Policy covers all functional modules of the product (including AI character creation, content generation, account management, etc.). Given the "contained and personalized" nature of the product, the Policy focuses on preventing the use of AI characters to induce the distribution of content or conduct that harms Minors.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct That Harms Minors

  • 2.1 Creating, publishing, or distributing any harmful content involving Minors, including (without limitation) real or AI-generated sexual material involving Minors, images of violent injury, or descriptions related to psychological abuse.
  • 2.2 Using AI characters to simulate grooming conduct, or generating content related to sexual solicitation, sextortion, or sexual harassment directed at Minors.
  • 2.3 Using the Platform to generate or store private information of Minors (e.g., name, address, school, contact details), or unlawfully collecting or distributing personal data of Minors.
  • 2.4 Generating content that promotes pedophilia, early marriage of Minors, Minors' participation in dangerous activities, or other content that contravenes the principles of child protection.
  • 2.5 Attempting to prompt AI characters to generate tutorials or methods that could be used to harm Minors (e.g., how to approach Minors or how to evade regulatory oversight).
  • 2.6 In any form, exporting or sharing harmful content involving Minors from within the product to external platforms, or using such content for offline conduct that harms Minors.
  • 3. Strict Controls on Minor-Related Information

3.1 The Platform does not proactively collect any personal data of Minors. If personal data suspected of belonging to a Minor is discovered (e.g., Minor identity indicators in registration information or interactive content), the relevant account features will be immediately suspended and the information will be deleted or anonymized.
3.2 If a guardian discovers that a Minor has inadvertently used another person's account to access the Platform, or that a Minor's personal data has been improperly collected, the guardian may contact us to request deletion of the relevant information. We will process the request in a timely manner upon verification of the guardianship relationship.
3.3 All Users must not input, store, or distribute personal data of Minors within the product (including, without limitation, images, names, contact details, or school information). Violations will be addressed as non-compliant conduct.

    4. Guardian Rights and Support

4.1 If a guardian discovers that a Minor has accessed the Platform or been exposed to related harmful content, the guardian may contact us through official channels, providing proof of guardianship and relevant evidence. We will assist with measures such as account restriction and information deletion.
4.2 Guardians have the right to request us to correct or delete information suspected of involving a Minor. We will respond in a timely manner to such requests upon verifying the guardian's identity and the relevant facts.
4.3 We provide a dedicated feedback channel for guardians to assist in resolving child protection-related issues. Contact: cs@omigoai.com.

    5. Reporting Mechanisms and Enforcement

    5.1 Reporting Channels
Users who discover any conduct or content within the product that violates this Child Safety Policy must immediately report it through the in-product reporting tool or the official designated channel. Downloading, forwarding, or storing any such harmful content is strictly prohibited.
    5.2 Enforcement Measures

    6. Platform Protective Measures

We commit to promptly reporting confirmed or suspected incidents of child sexual exploitation and abuse to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). For incidents involving a specific, credible, and imminent threat to the life or serious bodily harm of a Minor, the Platform will immediately report to the relevant local and national law enforcement agencies and provide all necessary evidence and assistance for their investigations.
When Users discover what appears to be child sexual abuse material, abuse of a Minor, or any other violation of this Child Safety Policy on the Platform, they must immediately report it through our in-app reporting tool or the dedicated reporting channel on our official website. Under no circumstances may Users download, screenshot, share, or store any prohibited content related to harm to Minors.
For Users who become aware of child exploitation or abuse occurring outside the Platform, we recommend contacting local child protection agencies or the following global resources:
North America, Australia, and New Zealand: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) | 24-Hour Hotline: 1-800-843-5678 | Website: https://www.missingkids.org/home
